ShishaPuff.com an online service of Ramroum fashion Ltd for the purpose of the sale of accessories, hookah, flavors and other items (“Product”).
We will deliver only within the island of Cyprus and will do so for all weekdays, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Delivery and Pick-up
We currently offer 2 ways of delivering our products to you:
– Pick-up from our shop (FREE)
– Pick-up from any ACS / Akis Express, pick-up office (with an extra charge of €3).
We will do our best to deliver your product within 1-3 working days.
Please note that delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
We cannot take responsibility for order and delivery delays outside our liabilities or for delays that occur as a result of Acts of God (like fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, civil war, rebellion, riot, terrorist activities, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

Great care has been taken to ensure that the Product’s displayed on our website mirror a store shopping experience. However, colour clarity may vary from product therefore cannot guarantee that the Product is a mirror of that viewed online.

As payment will be made online, it is important that you enter all the requested information accurately. This will ensure that there is no delay in the dispatch of your order. The information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence.
The website is available only to individuals who meet the Shisha Puff terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid payment card, i.e., credit card etc and who have authorized ShishaPuff.com process a charge or charges on their payment card in the amount of the total purchase price for the item or items.
By making an offer to purchase merchandise, you authorize Shishapuff.com to perform credit checks and to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your payment card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your payment card, to obtain an initial payment card authorization and to allow individual purchase transactions.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.
ShishaPuff may use the information you provide to conduct suitable anti-fraud reviews, the agency involved may keep a record of that information.
We reserve the right to restrict multiple quantities of a specific item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

ShishaPuff may modify these Terms at our sole discretion. If you do not agree to the changes to these Terms, you should stop using this website. By using this website after any such change(s), you agree to comply with the Terms as changed. Any changes made after you have placed an order with us, will not affect that order, unless we are required to make the change by law.
Placing an Order
When you make a purchase through the ShishaPuff website, you are offering to buy Product(s) for the price stated, subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
The Website contains an instructive guide that will walk you through the process of placing an order. You place your order for any selected items by clicking on the [Confirm Order] button at the end of the on-line order process.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, providing you with a payment reference code and the value of your order that will be debited from your method of payment.
The Website features Products that have been carefully selected for sale however all products are subject to availability from our stores. Once a Product has sold out it will be taken off the Website at the earliest opportunity. There may be occasions due to circumstances beyond ShishaPuff control, where the Product is not available. If a Product you have ordered goes out of stock before we confirm acceptance of your order, then ShishaPuff shall not be liable to you for being unable to provide that Product.
If such a situation arises, then we shall notify you as soon as possible and attempt to source the named item or an alternative on your behalf. If this is unsuccessful, we will process a refund of any unavailable goods made. In the event that you have multiply items within your order and the above is not possible, we will continue to ship the remaining items unless we receive email notification before dispatch that you no longer wish to proceed with your order.
Unless otherwise notified, acceptance of your order occurs when you receive an email notifying you that we have dispatched the Product(s) as ordered by you and noted on that communication. Acceptance will be deemed to have occurred at the sending of this communication, regardless of technical problems you may experience, where the reasons are outside ShishaPuff.com control, which may result in you having not received that email in a timely manner.

ShishaPuff.com may not accept your order if:
an item you have ordered is out of stock.
we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
we identify a product or pricing error.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.
Pricing Policy
At the Website you are given an opportunity to select your preferred currency. You may choose between US Dollar, Pound Sterling, Euro and UAE Dirham. Price converters are located in the top right corner of the website page.
All currency priced items will be honored as advertised unless it is obviously incorrect.
ShishaPuff.com offers our customers the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) system, which means that you will only be charged for the items purchased and shipping cost. Import duty and tax cost will be invoiced to you directly by ShishaPuff couriers or an import broker appointed by you. ShishaPuff recommend that you contact your local customs authority to specify a cost price prior to purchase completion.
Product prices are set at the beginning of each season, using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.
Payment
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by ShishaPuff.com. You confirm that the Payment card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the Payment card to use it. All Payment card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, ShishaPuff.com will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
ShishaPuff.com takes essential precautions to ensure the security of the Website.
All Payment card transactions on the Website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and reliable, the Website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
All reasonable care, as it is in ShishaPuff.com power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. In the absence of negligence on our part ShishaPuff.com cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is always a top priority and as such each query is addressed individually to the best of ShishaPuff.com ability. While its hope that you are always delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase a full refund or exchange is offered within a 14 days’ time frame after receipt of your Products.
We would like to highlight that in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included as part of your return.
Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the protection strip has been removed (swimming wear) or if the items are soiled (lingerie) and will be returned to you.
Please be aware that due to hygiene reasons make-up and cosmetics items are not accepted for returns and exchanges.
All returns should be sent back in their original packaging provided. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the ShishaPuff.com packaging is properly protected.
PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you. ShishaPuff.com is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.

Exchanges
Please note, that we can only exchange items for a different size and only within a 14 day time frame after you have received your goods.
Please contract ShishaPuff.com who will issue you with a RAN (Return Authorization Number). In doing so please specify the new size you require. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style or an item of a different category (i.e., exchange shoes for the purse), we suggest that you return it, receive a refund and purchase the new item separately.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s Payment card and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items), which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through ShishaPuff.com. Please note that exchanges will be submitted through the same customs procedures, therefore are applicable for duty and tax again.
Gift returns
If you have received an item from ShishaPuff.com as a gift, you can exchange it for another item of the same value, but must pay the additional shipping, taxes, import duties and any additional charges which may incur as a result of the exchange.

Passing of property and risk
ShishaPuff.com retains legal ownership of the Product(s) until full payment has been made and such payment has been received. Legal ownership of the Product(s) will immediately revert to ShishaPuff.com, if payment is refunded to you.
Risk on the Product(s) will pass to you upon delivery.

ShishaPuff.com respects the privacy rights of its online customers and recognizes the importance of protecting the information so collected. We will only use the information that we collect about our customers lawfully. ShishaPuff.com promotion winners must redeem their prize within 1 month of being notified by www.ShishaPuff.com. We regret that promotions and discounts are not valid to use on ShishaPuff.com SALE items, and promotions and discounts do not apply when redeeming Circle Member points and benefits. The first shipment of any prize through promotion is complimentary, with subsequent deliveries charged to the customer (if residing out CYPRUS).
